Results of the analysis indicate that increased arterial stiffness is considered as a non-invasive marker of subclinical atherosclerosis and may be integral indicator of cardiovascular risk, independent predictor of CVD and mortality, while normalization of increased vascular wall rigidity — an important criterion for the effectiveness of therapy.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Problems of Endocrine Pathology}, author={Serhiyenko, V.
