The research shows that men with idiopathic infertility and patients with hypogonadism have a decrease in the concentration of folic acid against the background of an increase in the level of homocysteine in the blood, which does not depend on the levels of testosterone and estradiol. A negative correlation is found between folic acid levels and homocysteine in the blood of men with idiopathic infertility. The study establishes the presence of a positive correlation between the concentration of folic acid in the blood and the percentage of mobile forms of spermatozoa in individuals with idiopathic pathospermia.</p> ER -
