In the early follicular phase of the menstrual cycle in 40 patients with PCOS and 10 healthy women, the content of anti-Müllerian hormone, LH, FSH, testosterone, estradiol, ovarian volume and the number of antral follicles were determined. A high level of anti-Müllerian hormone was revealed in patients with PCOS and the presence of a correlation between it and the studied parameters was proved. Anti-Müllerian hormone is a diagnostic marker of PCOS and can be added to the algorithm for examining patients with PCOS.
