Abstract

Results of ovulation stimulation by oral contraceptives preliminary therapy are presented in 25 previously clomiphene-resistent patients with PCOS. It was established, that antimullerian hormone is a marker of predicted ovaries response to ovulation stimulation. Basal level of antimullerian hormone 6 10,3 ng/ml and hormone decrease 6 5,1 ng/ml on the background therapy of oral contraceptives are favorable prediction criterions.
