цукровий дiабет

Анотація

На сьогоднi чiтко визначено, що цукровий дiабет 2 типу (ЦД-2) є одним iз провiдних чинникiв ризику розвитку iшемiчної хвороби серця (IХС) i iнфаркту мiокарда (IМ). Встановлено, що 80 % всiх випадкiв смертi серед осiб, хворих на дiабет, зумовленi серцево-судинними захворюваннями (ССЗ), а тривалiсть життя при цьому залежить вiд часу їх манiфестацiї. Якщо порiвняти рiвень летальностi вiд ССЗ у загальнiй популяцiї i серед хворих на ЦД-2, то у останнiх вiн у декiлька разiв вищий.
