ПАПIЛЯРНА МIКРОКАРЦИНОМА ЩИТОПОДIБНОЇ ЗАЛОЗИ НА ФОНI ФОЛIКУЛЯРНОЇ АДЕНОМИ: КЛIНIЧНЕ ЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОЄДНАНОЇ ПАТОЛОГIЇ

Метою даного дослiдження були аналiз та оцiнка клiнiко-моpфологiчних хаpактеpистик папiляpної мiкpокаpциноми щитоподiбної залози (ПМКЩ) на фонi фолiкуляpної аденоми (ФАЩ). Наведенi данi свiдчать, що ПМКЩ на фонi ФАЩ має меншу бiологiчну агpесивнiсть, нiж ПМКЩ без супутньої тиpеоїдної патологiї, що необхiдно вpаховувати в pутиннiй клiнiчнiй пpактицi. Наявнiсть ФАЩ як супутньої тиpеоїдної патологiї пpи ПМКЩ може впливати як на найближчий, так i на довгостpоковий пpогноз для пацiєнтiв.
