MYELOMA KIDNEY UNDER THE MASK OF DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY AND HEART FAILURE

The material was presented on the example of the clinical case. In woman of 64 years myeloma disease was diagnosed. This case has attracted attention due to the manifestation of myeloma disease heart failure and diabetic nephropathy arising on a background of ischemic heart disease, hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Non-specific character of clinical symptoms harshly worsened the diagnostic search.
