The five-year looking is conducted after 75 by patients with chronic ischemic heart disease by a
hyperpiesis and diabetes mellitus (DM) 2 types without Q-miocardial infarction; their survivability
is appraised by comparison to an analogical group without diabetes. Survivability of patients of DM
appeared considerably worse, than at persons without DM. On a prognosis influences it was been
enhanceable level of glycated hemoglobin (over that 8 %), changes of myocardium of the left ventricle
from data of echocardiography, and also signs of myocardial ischemia from data of monitoring of
elektrokardiogram.
