STATE OF CARBOHYDRATE METABOLISM AND INSULIN CONCENTRATION IN BLOOD IN PATIENTS WITH PUBERTIVE UTERINE BLEEDING

The state of carbohydrate metabolism, the level of immunoreactive insulin in patients with pubertal uterine bleeding, taking into account body weight, was studied. The obtained data show that in a certain part subjects have a violation of carbohydrate metabolism, hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance. Most often, these changes are registered in patients with excess body weight, although observed in patients with physiological growth and weight, and with a deficit of body weight.References
