PECULIARITIES OF THE STRUCTURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF WEAKNESS IN THE STRUCTURE OF TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS AMONG DIFFERENT SOCIAL GROUPS

The study reveals the dependence of weakness symptoms in the structure of type 2 diabetes mellitus on
the social state of patients — social status, job responsibilities and the structure of psycho-emotional load. The
study involved 15 civilians’ workings with type 2 diabetes mellitus of mild severity, and 12 military personnel of
Ukraine, combatants suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus of mild severity. To difference military personnel
from civilian workers is to experience a more pronounced physical and psycho-emotional overload in the performance
of official duties, with identical somatic status — type 2 diabetes mellitus of mild severity. As a result
of research the significant differences had found toward a higher prevalence and greater severity of weakness
symptoms in military personnel compared with civilian workers with type 2 diabetes and mild severity. The
explanation of the differences of weakness symptoms associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients with
different social status with equal somatic conditions had been put forward.
