It was investigated the effect of the drug Kratal on functional state of cardiovascular system in male rats with metabolic syndrome induced by chronic supplementation with high fructose diet. It was established that Kratal reveals cardio protective effect in rats with metabolic syndrome due to restore the normal heart rhythm and atrioventricular conduction, positive impact on systolic and diastolic heart activity and suppression of sinus tachycardia and ischemic processes development.
