Abstract

This article describes a rare case of the syndrome of adrenocorticotropic hormone ectopic pro-
duction diagnosed during lifetime and caused by mid-lobe bronchus cancer. The clinical manifestation
occurred 4 months before death. Is unusually heavy, galloping course of the disease with the presence
of multiple metastases, progressive hypercorticoidism, severe sympathetic-adrenal crises, and sharply
expressed hypopotassium.
