Abstract

The purpose of this work was to test the functional effect of SNP +45 T> G ADIPOQ, namely to determine the relationship between the metabolic, hormonal and anthropometric components of insulin resistance, that is, its pattern, in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with specific genotypes. under the conditions of the above genetic polymorphism.
