Abstract

In 64 women with different androgenic status who were treated for infertilityin vitro fertilization methods, in the follicular fluid surrounding the oocytes, the levels of sex hormones, leptin, sex hormone-binding globulin, total antioxidant and total oxidative activity are determined. For excess androgens An oxidative / antioxidant balance was observed in the follicular fluid in the direction of an increase in the total oxidative activity. In women with a day off hyperandrogenism, the content of sex hormone-binding globulin and leptin in the oocyte microenvironment is essential for obtaining high-quality embryos and achieving pregnancy in in vitro fertilization cycles.
