НОВI ПIДХОДИ ДО ЛIКУВАННЯ РАКУ ЩИТОПОДIБНОЇ ЗАЛОЗИ З IНВАЗIЄЮ В ТРАХЕЮ: ВИКОРИСТАННЯ КРIОХIРУГIЧНИХ МЕТОДИК

Екстратиреоїдне розповсюдження зустрiчається у 4–16 % випадкiв диференцiйованого раку щитоподiбної залози, характеризується бiльшою резистентнiстю до лiкування та гiршим прогнозом. Резекцiя трахеї є методом вибору при iнтралюмiнарнiй iнвазiї в трахею. При екстралюмiнарнiй iнвазiї широко використовується ексцизiя пухлини за типом «голiння». Для зниження ризику локального рецидиву пiсля ексцизiї пухлини за типом «голiння» авторами статтi запропонована додаткова крiодеструкцiя дiлянки iнвазiї в трахею як ефективний та безпечний метод девiталiзацiї мiкрофокусiв раку в стiнцi трахеї
