The tactics of step-by-step diagnostics in the admission of military patients to the admission department of the Military Medical Clinical Centre of the Northern Region are presented. A clinical case of acute oral poisoning with energy drinks with the development of diabetes mellitus and multi-organ disorders is described: arrhythmia, pancreatitis, acute kidney and liver damage, which require immediate symptomatic therapy.
